Facebook brought video to Instagram last night – allowing users to film up to 15 seconds of video with the choice of 13 different filters – specially created for the update. 15 seconds of video is 9 seconds more than competitor Vine, which was recently released on Android. Vine are already updating the app in a bit to compete with Facebook, but with Instagram’s 130 million monthly active users it will be interesting to see who wins the battle.
